Single Room

This involves a fully furnished house containing a room with a single or double bed. Each room is provided with all bedding materials, an inbuilt or free standing wardrobe chest of drawers for storage. The basic price is from NZ$150 per week single or NZ$180 double for a 4 week tenancy period. These rooms are within walking distance from the city centre while a few are a bus ride away.

For those who would prefer to live at the city centre, a variety of new residential units offer rooms for single and double occupants. Weekly tariff range from NZ$175 single to NZ$205 double. There is a modern kitchen with shared dining and lounge facilities. All units are fully furnished.

For the student or a budget conscious traveler we have an arrangement with a city centre backpacker to provide single rooms at NZ$140 a week. These are basic rooms, fully furnished with a study desk, chair and a small chest of drawer. A large kitchen, dining area, outdoor recreational area, lounge and internet facilities (broadband and wireless) is available.
